To become a DirectDebit Biller, billing organization has to register with any of the participating banks.
Easy guide to register

Choose any of the DirectDebit participating banks to become your Biller Bank for DirectDebit service

Complete the Merchant Registration Form (MRF) which is available for the selected Biller Bank.

Submit the completed MRF to Biller Bank for verification and approval.

You'll receive a new Biller ID and you are then ready to become a DirectDebit Biller.
