We partner with states to turn digital ambitions into action, digitising services, empowering local economies and integrating digital payments into daily life. Four states, Penang, Selangor, Melaka and Kedah, have reached 90% cashless penetration, and four more, Perlis, Perak, Johor and Terengganu, have passed 50%, showing strong progress. Through advisory services and the Cooperation Fund, we help states implement payment plans and strengthen cashless ecosystems.
