People First Culture
At PayNet, People-First is more than a value. It shapes how we lead, support and grow together, embodied in our You Are Not Alone (#YANA) spirit. This spirit is guided by two principles: mutual aid, where support is shared with care, and accountability, where owning our actions builds trust and strengthens the ecosystem we serve. Together, they foster a culture that lifts voices, empowers individuals and drives the innovation seen in our achievements.

Real Support
We care about what helps our people do their best work. That is why our benefits are designed to support you every step of the way.
Take time off when it matters, from paid parental leave and sabbaticals to stress-free festive seasons with zero-interest advances. Plus, childcare subsidies and vehicle purchase assistance help you focus on what matters most.
Your health matters to us, which is why we offer annual screenings, wellness allowances and access to leading providers through Wellness Week. Beyond physical health, you will also find support for mental well being, financial advice and the flexibility of PayWatch, giving you control over your earnings when you need it.
We believe in nurturing talent at every stage, from young graduate programmes and job rotations, to leadership coaching for managers and senior leaders. With access to expert-led training, certified courses and continuous upskilling opportunities, your career growth is always in motion.
Be part of a workplace that goes beyond the desk with retreats, clubs and activities that bring people together. Add in meaningful volunteer work, and you will discover a community where you can belong and feel at home.
