You may refer to the electronic file and/or bank statement for payment information, which includes the sender’s name, recipient reference and other payment details.
You may contact the sending bank to request the cancellation.
The transaction may be rejected by the receiver’s bank and will be refunded (please refer to the Fund Availability table). In the meantime, contact your bank immediately. They will assist in retrieving the funds on a best-efforts basis.
You may use additional validations such as an identification number, business registration number, passport number or army/police identification number to ensure the funds are credited to the correct and intended recipient’s account.
You may use the standard remittance information, such as the Recipient Reference and Other Payment Details provided by your bank in the electronic file and/or bank statement.
